Return Instructions
BR Surgical will offer credit for unused/unsterilized items, in the original packaging, and requested within 30 days from date of invoice (re-stocking fees may apply on some items and items that alterations have been made to packaging). Some special order items and equipment are not available for return.
Returns requested after 30 days may be authorized for return but will be subjected to a restocking fee. All items being returned must have a RMA Number assigned before returning to BR Surgical. Any unauthorized deductions from payment will be REBILLED. All returns are subject to inspection before final approval of any credits.

- You will be contacted by email with an RMA Number.
- Package the instrument(s) with a copy of the RMA Number and ship to:
