Most damaged equipment can be repaired by replacing broken parts and cleaning of the unit. Our highly skilled repair technicians have been trained to thoroughly evaluate the damaged equipment to pinpoint where the damage has occurred and what parts need to be repaired.

- You will be contacted by email with a Repair Order Number. Please do not ship without receiving this number first.
- Package the product(s) with a copy of the Repair Order Number and ship to:

Jacksonville FL 32224 - Once we receive the product(s) and determine the work that needs to be done, you will be contacted with a repair quote.
Instruments must be sterilized/disinfected before shipping to BR Surgical.
